A grand stone fireplace in the living room anchors the first floor, while the large screened porch brings the outside in. The second floor is where you'll find three bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a work from home space, and the shared bathroom. A breezeway leads you to a smaller wing of the house with an oversized fourth bedroom and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse was built in 2009, with posts and beams from a barn that was taken down in Pennsylvania. Primitive modern, the structure has local wood siding and high R-value windows, while the envelope features structural insulated panels (SIP) in the walls and roof. The first floor is home to a one-car garage, full bathroom and laundry. The second floor houses the living quarters, with two bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms.
